Qualifications:
- Min.3 yrs experience with Inter C.A. or B.Com/ M.Com.
- Should be based in Bangalore
- Knowledge of latest version of Tally Accounting Software & MS-Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Basic Knowledge of Internet.
- Should have knowledge of Company Law, Income Tax rules & regulations
- Strategic solution based problem solving skills.
- Monitoring regular accounting work and ensure proper documentation of the same.
Role:
- Performing month end close, including expense accruals and journal entries in compliance with accounting standards
- Gathering and consolidating activity data from Company CC’s, Bank Accounts, Ad partners, etc. to facilitate month end close
- Performing monthly reconciliations of General Ledger, Bank Accounts and bank statements
- Ensuring the integrity of various accounting and financial procedures within the Company
- Constantly strive to refine internal business processes and make them more efficient and financially viable.
- Research to recognize areas within the organization where costs can be saved
- Fostering effective communication and correspondence with business partners, thus improving mutual relationships, resolving financial discrepancies and diagnosing and implementing ways to streamline business processes
- Communicating with other departments to satisfying their financial and data needs
Supervising to ensure proper accounting controls, timely payment of vendor invoices & reimbursements, proper maintenance of A/P ledger, A/R, proper customer invoicing and collections follow up
- Providing regular reports and other consolidated operational and financial data to management
- Ensure proper posting of day to day transactions in accounting systems
- Liaison with CA and accounting firms and ensuring integrity of data.
- Make necessary corrections by conducting spot checks at regular intervals

- 5-6 yrs of exp Bachelors degree with excellent communication skills.
- Should be based currently in Bangalore. Must be a go-getter who knows the local authorities and the city well - can get things done!

Role:
- Vendor Management : (New Tie-ups, Vendor Negotiations, Vendor Handling/ Communication, Payment & Issues)
- Handling contracts, vendors, collections, purchasing, insurance, budgeting etc
- Manage outsourced vendors for Accounting, System Administration, ISP, etc.
- Knowledge of services industry practices, services and products procurement and relevant procedures.
- Administration of infrastructure, office, computing equipment, statutory compliances, etc
- Must make the office and facilities run smoothly at all times.
- Coordination with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Audit, Infrastructure etc
- Coordination with External Agencies
- Lead the admin team

- Administer mechanisms to constantly gauge the pulse of various teams and divisions on various projects.
- Create and deploy dashboards to measure the level of engagement, empowerment and process execution.
- Ensure processes like training, probation, confirmation and appraisals are executed flawlessly·
- Resolve queries related to salary, benefits, policy, etc.
