Besides operations and maintenance manuals TWB will provide technical
documentation for online help systems, equipment installation guides,
process documentation, and organisational procedures and quality
documentation. TWB solutions include training and support; integrated
logistics management and IETM's (completely software driven, single
sourced, interactive with 2D and 3D illustrations).
Elaborating
on TWB's foray, Rakesh Shukla, chief executive officer, TWB, said,
