Definition: You are an organization that delivers software development services to your clients and look towards TWB to complement you in providing documentation services.

Expectation: You will get TWB to develop the documentation for the software that you develop on a turnkey basis. Such documentation will be provided to the customer under your name.

Responsibilities: You will gather the requirements and interface with the TWB Consultants. In effect the documentation delivery is made to you as if you were the customer.

Reward: TWB will arrive at a transfer pricing.

SDO is a Fortune-100 company with a software product line. From security suites to CRM software, SDO has 7 domains.

Situation:
SDO has a policy of outsourcing whatever is not its forte. However, quality is a hallmark. In such cases SDO looks for sub-contracting its requirements to other companies, which have the necessary expertise in that field. Technical writing and documentation is one such domain. Recently they received an order for a customized CRM product from another Fortune-50 company. However, time was a big constraint.

Solution:
